疾風に勁草を知る
新聞を読んでいて見つけた言葉。
これ、英訳するとどうなる？ということでgoogleでいろいろ調べてみました。

（これはもとからある英語のことわざらしい。対になっていそう！）

とかいろいろありました。
あと、単語でcrucibleがそういう意味というコメントも。
crucibleの意味には

というものがありました。
全てを表してはいないと思うけれど、確かに「疾風」はそういうことかな。
あとこのサイトはメモし忘れていたのですが、what doesn't kill you makes you strongerに通じるものがあると書いたコメントもありました。
ちょっと先を行き過ぎな気がしますが、そう感じる人がいるのも納得かな。
